I have decided that I really like the boxing!  I was really sore after doing it last week, but I really like it, so I did the expert boxing tonight.  I will probably be really sore tomorrow! I also did the adv step twice because my rythym sucks and I am trying to get a higher score by being in time!  LOL!</description>

I did 30 min of yoga and completed most of the corresponding strength workouts - 15 min worth, 5 min adv step (w 3lb weights), 10 min free run. The free run was a bad idea and my knee is crazy sore again...so maybe I'll just stay clear from it.</description>

		<description>Well, I have been lazy and skipped a few days!  Today I worked out 32 minutes.  I am going to try to at least get in 30 minutes a day if possile this week.  I did the advanced step aerobics for the first time- it took me a few minutes to figure out I was supposed to be kicking on the green feet!  Anyway, here is my update for today:

		<description>I've unlocked most of the activities now. I like the stepping and the jogging and a few of the yoga moves but I am trying to do them all each day for a variety. I used my pedometer while jogging and have figured out that a "short" run is .25 mile, a "long" run is .35 mile. I unlocked free jogging and island jogging - and will try these out tomorrow.

My BMI /Weight dropped a tad today...Wii-Fit age: 34/ BMI: 25.60 / Weight: 153.7</description>
